• 09:00 – Depart from Narita / Kansai

• 14:00 – Arrive in Ho Chi Minh City, immigration procedures

• 16:00 – Hotel check-in

• 17:00 – Briefing on the situation in Vietnam

• 19:00 – Welcome dinner with participants (Vietnamese cuisine)

• 09:00 – Breakfast, hotel check-out

• 10:00 – Visit to a local system company

• 12:00 – Lunch with a local system company (Vietnamese cuisine)

• 14:00 – Ho Chi Minh City tour (optional free time)

• 22:00 – Gather and transfer to airport

November 29 (Sat)

• 00:00 – Depart from Tan Son Nhat Airport

• 08:00 – Arrive at Narita / Haneda / Kansai

Extended stays can be arranged upon request.

Airlines: Vietnam Airlines and VietJet operate flights (as of September, subject to booking timing). Round-trip fares: Tokyo approx. 57,000–82,000 JPY, Osaka approx. 47,000–69,000 JPY. JAL and ANA also operate flights, but pre- or post-stays are required.
